Por Resolución de 16 de octubre de 2000 ("Boletín Oficial del Estado"

de 3 de noviembre) de la Secretaría de Estado de Educación y Universidades

se convocaron ayudas para estancias de Investigadores, Profesores de

Universidad y Escuelas Universitarias españoles en centros de investigación

españoles y extranjeros, incluido el programa "Salvador de Madariaga".

Una vez evaluadas las solicitudes de ayuda por la Agencia Nacional

de Evaluación y Prospectiva y elevada la correspondiente propuesta por

la Comisión de selección, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el apartado

4 de la mencionada disposición, en uso de las atribuciones conferidas

por la Resolución de convocatoria, he resuelto:

Primero.-Conceder las ayudas para estancias de Investigadores,

Profesores de Universidad y Escuelas Universitarias españoles en centros de

investigación españoles y extranjeros que se relacionan en el anexo I de

esta Resolución.

Segundo.-Conceder, dentro del programa "Salvador de Madariaga", la

ayuda que figura en el anexo II de esta Resolución, para realizar una

estancia en el Instituto Europeo de Florencia.

Tercero.-El gasto resultante será imputado a la aplicación

presupuestaria 18.07.541a.781 de los vigentes Presupuestos Generales del Estado

y, en su caso, cofinanciado con recursos del Fondo Social Europeo.

Los beneficiarios de estas ayudas quedan obligados al cumplimiento

de lo establecido en los apartados 5 y 6 de la Resolución de 16 de octubre

de 2000, de convocatoria del programa.

Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa,

cabe interponer en el plazo de un mes recurso potestativo de reposición,

al amparo de los artículos 116 y 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre,

modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero. Asimismo, podrá

interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo

Contencioso-Administrativo de la Audiencia Nacional, conforme a lo establecido en

el artículo 11.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la

Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa, y el artículo 66 de la Ley Orgánica

6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial, en la redacción dada por la

Ley Orgánica 6/1998, de 13 de julio, en el plazo de dos meses a contar

desde el día siguiente a la fecha de su notificación de acuerdo con lo

dispuesto en el artículo 46.1 de la citada Ley 29/1998. Dicho recurso no

podrá ser interpuesto hasta que el anterior recurso potestativo sea resuelto

expresamente o se haya producido la desestimación presunta.

Las ayudas concedidas tendrán las siguientes dotaciones

complementarias:

Póliza de seguro de accidentes y, cuando el destino sea un país no

miembro de la Unión Europea, una póliza de seguro de asistencia sanitaria,

extensible, a petición del interesado, a su cónyuge e hijos si le acompañan

en la estancia en el extranjero.

Ayuda complementaria de traslado e instalación de 901,51 euros

(150.000 pesetas) para desplazamientos dentro de España peninsular, de

1.502,53 euros (250.000 pesetas) para desplazamientos a las islas Baleares

o Canarias y los países de la Unión Europea y 2.103,54 euros (350.000

pesetas) para el resto del mundo, que se concederá por una sola vez,

aunque la estancia de investigación se realice en diferentes centros o países.
