State Agency Official State Gazette

De acuerdo con la Orden ministerial de 12 de diciembre de 1977

("Boletín Oficial del Estado" del 22) por la que se crea el Sello INCE y las

disposiciones reguladoras de este distintivo de calidad para el hormigón

preparado de uso en la edificación,

Este Ministerio, a propuesta de la Dirección General de la Vivienda,

la Arquitectura y el Urbanismo, ha tenido a bien disponer:

Artículo único.

Se concede el Sello INCE de hormigón preparado, para la serie de

resistencias características 20, 25, 30, 35 N/mm2, a aquellas centrales que

tenían concedido con anterioridad el Sello INCE para hormigón preparado

designado por resistencia perteneciente a la serie H-125, H-150, H-175,

H-200, H-225 y H-250, cuya relación figura a continuación.

La Dirección General de la Vivienda, la Arquitectura y el Urbanismo

mantendrá actualizada a disposición del público y comunicará a la

Secretaría General Técnica de este Ministerio la relación de las centrales con

Sello INCE cada trimestre natural cerrado.
