LA COMISION DE LAS COMUNIDADES EUROPEAS ,

Visto el Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Económica Europea ,

Vista la Directiva 72/462/CEE del Consejo , de 12 de diciembre de 1972 , relativa a los problemas sanitarios y de control sanitario en la importación de animales de las especies bovina y porcina y de carnes frescas procedentes de terceros países (1) modificada en último lugar por la Directiva 83/91/CEE (2) y , en particular , el apartado 1 del artículo 4 y el apartado 1 del artículo 18 ,

Considerando que la Decisión 83/402/CEE de la Comisión (3) , modificada en último lugar por la Decisión 85/223/CEE (4) , ha establecido inicialmente la relación de establecimientos de Nueva Zelanda autorizados para exportar carnes frescas a la Comunidad ;

Considerando que una inspección de rutina efectuada en aplicación del artículo 5 de la Directiva 72/462/CEE y del apartado 1 del artículo 3 de la Decisión 83/196/CEE de la Comisión , de 8 de abril de 1983 , relativa a los controles in situ efectuados en el marco del régimen aplicable a las importaciones de animales de las especies bovina y porcina y de carnes frescas procedentes de terceros países (5) , ha permitido apreciar que el nivel de higiene de determinados establecimientos ha experimentado cambios con relación a la inspección anterior ;

Considerando que es necesario modificar en consecuencia la relación de establecimientos ;

Considerando que las medidas establecidas por la presente Decisión concuerdan con el dictamen del Comité veterinario permanente ,

HA ADOPTADO LA PRESENTE DECISION :

Artículo 1

Se sustituirá el Anexo de la Decisión 83/402/CEE por el Anexo de la presente Decisión .

Artículo 2

Los destinatarios de la presente Decisión serán los Estados miembros .

Hecho en Bruselas , el 19 de julio de 1985 .
