EL TRIBUNAL CONSTITUCIONAL, POR PROVIDENCIA DE 13 DE ENERO ACTUAL, HA ADMITIDO A TRAMITE LA CUESTION DE INCONSTITUCIONALIDAD NUMERO 2631/1991, PLANTEADA POR LA SECCION SEGUNDA DE LA AUDIENCIA PROVINCIAL DE LA CORUÑA, POR SUPUESTA INCONSTITUCIONALIDAD DEL ARTICULO 76.1 DE LA LEY DE ARRENDAMIENTOS URBANOS (TEXTO REFUNDIDO DE 24 DE DICIEMBRE DE 1964), POR POSIBLE CONTRADICCION CON EL ARTICULO 24.1 DE LA CONSTITUCION.
