EL ARTICULO 22,4, DEL REAL DECRETO 505/1985, DE 6 DE MARZO, SOBRE ORGANIZACION Y FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL FONDO DE GARANTIA SALARIAL, DISPONE QUE CUANDO EL PROCEDIMIENTO SE INICIE A INSTANCIA DE LOS INTERESADOS, LA SOLICITUD DE PRESTACIONES DEBERA FORMALIZARSE EN EL MODELO QUE APRUEBE LA SECRETARIA GENERAL DEL ORGANISMO Y QUE SERA PUBLICADO EN EL "BOLETIN OFICIAL DEL ESTADO".

ESTA SECRETARIA GENERAL, PREVIA APROBACION DEL MINISTRO DE TRABAJO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, DE ACUERDO CON EL ARTICULO 22,4 CITADO, HA DISPUESTO:

PRIMERO.-APROBAR LOS MODELOS DE IMPRESOS EN PAPEL AUTOCOPIATIVO CUYAS CARACTERISTICAS SE ESPECIFICAN EN EL ANEXO A LA PRESENTE RESOLUCION.

SEGUNDO.-LA PRESENTE RESOLUCION ENTRARA EN VIGOR EL DIA SIGUIENTE DE SU PUBLICACION EN EL "BOLETIN OFICIAL DEL ESTADO".
