LA COMPAÑIA TELEFONICA NACIONAL DE ESPAÑA HA SOMETIDO A LA CONSIDERACION DE LA DELEGACION DEL GOBIERNO LA APROBACION DE LA TARIFA PARA FACILIDAD DE COBRO REVERTIDO AUTOMATICO EN LAS LLAMADAS TELEFONICAS CURSADAS ENTRE ESTADOS UNIDOS YESPAÑA.

ESTA DELEGACION DEL GOBIERNO, UNA VEZ ANALIZADA LA PROPUESTA REFERIDA, HA DECIDIDO APROBAR LA TARIFA QUE SE SOLICITA, EN APLICACION DE LO QUE ESTABLECE ELARTICULO 3. DEL REAL DECRETO 3332/1978, DE 7 DE DICIEMBRE, POR EL QUE SE REGULA EL REGIMEN TARIFARIO Y CONCESIONAL DE DETERMINADOS SERVICIOS DE TELECOMUNICACION, ASI COMO LO PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 3. DE LA ORDEN DEL MINISTERIO DE TRANSPORTES Y COMUNICACIONES, DE 5 DE AGOSTO DE 1980, SOBRE NUEVA ESTRUCTURACION TARIFARIA DE LOS SERVICIOS TELEFONICOS INTERNACIONALES PRESTADOS POR LA COMPAÑIA TELEFONICA NACIONAL DE ESPAÑA.

ESTA TARIFA ES:

A) CUOTA DE ABONO A LA FACILIDAD DE COBRO REVERTIDO AUTOMATICO:

POR CADA ABONO ESPAÑOL A LA FACILIDAD DE COBRO EN ESPAÑA DE LAS LLAMADAS ORIGINADAS EN ESTADOS UNIDOS: 8.000 PESETAS MENSUALES.

ESTA CUOTA ABSORBE LA SOBRETASA POR LLAMADA APLICADA ACTUALMENTE A LAS FACILIDADES DE COBRO REVERTIDO MEDIANTE OPERADORA.

B) TARIFA DE UTILIZACION: 360 PESETAS POR MINUTO O FRACCION.

LA ENTRADA EN VIGOR DE ESTA NUEVA TARIFA TENDRA LUGAR DE ACUERDO CON LO ESTABLECIDO EN EL ARTICULO 3. DEL REAL DECRETO 3332/1978, DE 7 DE DICIEMBRE, QUE ANTES SE CITA.
