PERSISTIENDO POR RAZONES QUE EN SU DIA MOTIVARON LA APROBACION DE LAS MEDIDAS DE BONIFICACION DEL IMPUESTO DE COMPENSACION DE GRAVAMENES INTERIORES, APLICABLE A LAS IMPORTACIONES DE CALZADO, ESTABLECIDA POR EL REAL DECRETO 820/1985, DE 29 DE MAYO, SE HACE ACONSEJABLE PRORROGAR DICHAS MEDIDAS.

POR TODO ELLO, CUMPLIDOS LOS TRAMITES REGLAMENTARIOS, A PROPUESTA DEL MINISTRO DE ECONOMIA Y HACIENDA Y DE ACUERDO CON LAS PREVISIONES DEL ARTICULO 17 DEL TEXTO REFUNDIDO DE LOS IMPUESTOS INTEGRANTES DE LA RENTA DE ADUANAS, PREVIA DELIBERACION DEL CONSEJO DE MINISTROS EN SU REUNION DEL DIA 28 DE AGOSTO DE 1985, DISPONGO:

ART. 1. DESDE EL DIA 5 DE SEPTIEMBRE Y HASTA EL 15 DE DICIEMBRE DE 1985, AMBOS INCLUSIVE, SE BONIFICA EL IMPUESTO DE COMPENSACION DE GRAVAMENES INTERIORES APLICABLES A LA IMPORTACION DE CALZADO DE LAS PARTIDAS DEL ARANCEL DE ADUANAS 64.01, 64.02, 64.03 Y 64.04, DE FORMA QUE EL TIPO RESULTANTE SEA EL DEL 1 POR CIENTO .

ART. 2. DURANTE LA VIGENCIA DE ESTAS MEDIDAS SE SUSPENDE LA APLICACION DEL ARTICULO 7. DEL REAL DECRETO 1313/1984, PARA LAS EXPORTACIONES DE CALZADO ESPECIFICADAS EN EL ARTICULO ANTERIOR.

ART. 3. SIN PERJUICIO DE LO DISPUESTO EN EL ARTICULO 1. EL PRESENTE REAL DECRETO ENTRARA EN VIGOR EL MISMO DIA DE SU PUBLICACION EN EL "BOLETIN OFICIAL DEL ESTADO".
