    <p class="parrafo">Las sucesivas y desproporcionadas elevaciones de los Productos asfálticos en relación con las experimentadas por los restantes materiales básicos en el transcurso de estos últimos años han dejado inadecuadas las fórmulas tipo de revisión de precios incluidas en el cuadro general para los casos de pavimentos bituminosos. Esta situación imposibilita la contratación de aquellas obras que incluyan la realización de ese tipo de pavimentos con la consiguiente disminución de la posibilidad inversora estatal de no corregirse de manera inmediata tal anomalía.</p>
    <p class="parrafo">En su virtud, previo informe favorable de la Junta Consultiva de Contratación Administrativa, a propuesta de los Ministros de Hacienda y de Obras Públicas y Urbanismo, y previa deliberación del Consejo de Ministros en su reunión del día veinte de agosto de mil novecientos ochenta y uno,</p>
    <p class="centro_redonda">DISPONGO:</p>
    <p class="articulo">Artículo 1.</p>
    <p class="parrafo">El cuadro de fórmulas tipo generales de revisión de precios de los contratos de obras del Estado y Organismos Autónomos, aprobado por Decreto tres mil seiscientos cincuenta/mil novecientos setenta, de diecinueve de diciembre, quedará completado con las siguientes:</p>
    <p class="parrafo_2">Cuarenta. Afirmado y pavimentación, con firme flexible, dotado de base granular (con pavimento de mezcla bituminosa).</p>

    <p class="parrafo">En los expedientes de contratación que estuvieran tramitándose a la entrada en vigor de esta disposición, podrán incluirse alguna de las fórmulas tipo aprobadas siempre que el anuncio de la licitación no haya sido publicado en el «Boletín Oficial del Estado».</p>
    <p class="articulo">Artículo 3.</p>
    <p class="parrafo">Esta disposición entrará en vigor el día siguiente a su publicación en el «Boletín Oficial del Estado».</p>
