EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE ME CONFIERE EL ARTICULO 6 DE LA ORDEN MINISTERIAL DE 27 DE JUNIO DE 1983, MODIFICADO POR LA DE 20 DE DICIEMBRE DE 1983, REGULADORA DEL FONDO DE INVESTIGACIONES SANITARIAS DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, ACUERDO DELEGAR EN EL ASESOR EJECUTIVO DEL MINISTRO EN MATERIA DE DOCENCIA E INVESTIGACION LAS SIGUIENTES ATRIBUCIONES :

LAS FACULTADES DEL DIRECTOR DEL FONDO DE INVESTIGACIONES SANITARIAS DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL QUE COMPRENDEN LA ACTIVIDAD FINANCIERA CORRESPONDIENTE A LA PROPUESTA DE GASTO, LA AUTORIZACION DEL GASTO Y LA ORDENACION DEL PAGO, SALVO LAS REFERENTES A ESTA MISMA MATERIA CUANDO TENGAN POR OBJETO GASTOS DE PRIMER ESTABLECIMIENTO EN INMUEBLES DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, DE ADQUISICION DE MATERIAL INVENTARIABLE Y DE CONSERVACION Y REPARACION DE INMUEBLES EN LOS QUE DEBEN UTILIZARSE LOS SERVICIOS DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE LA SALUD

LAS ATRIBUCIONES OBJETO DE DELEGACION SE SUJETARAN A LAS PRESCRIPCIONES DEL ARTICULO 32, APARTADO 2 DE LA LEY DE REGIMEN JURIDICO DE LA ADMINISTRACION DEL ESTADO
