    <p class="parrafo">La Comisión Europea publica el presente anuncio de conformidad con el artículo 3.30 del Acuerdo Interino de Comercio entre la Unión Europea, por una parte, y el Mercado Común del Sur, la República Argentina, la República Federativa de Brasil, la República del Paraguay y la República Oriental del Uruguay <a>(<span>1</span>)</a>, por otra parte (denominado en lo sucesivo, «Acuerdo»).</p>
    <p class="parrafo">El artículo 3.30 del Acuerdo, relativo a los contingentes arancelarios, especifica que los productos exportados en el marco de contingentes arancelarios concedidos por la Unión Europea deben ir acompañados de un documento oficial expedido por los Estados Mercosur signatarios, cuyo modelo debe ser comunicado a la Unión Europea por el Mercosur a más tardar en la fecha de entrada en vigor del Acuerdo.</p>
    <p class="parrafo">Se adjunta al presente anuncio la notificación realizada por el Mercosur del modelo de documento oficial previsto en el artículo 3.30 del Acuerdo.</p>
