EL GOBIERNO DE LA REPUBLICA ITALIANA ,
EL GOBIERNO DEL GRAN DUCADO DE LUXEMBURGO ,
EL GOBIERNO DEL REINO DE LOS PAISES BAJOS ,
EL GOBIERNO DEL REINO UNIDO DE GRAN BRETAÑA E IRLANDA DEL NORTE ,
por una parte , y
EL GOBIERNO DE LA INDIA ,
por otra ,
HAN CONVENIDO LAS DISPOSICIONES SIGUIENTES :
Artículo 1
Las disposiciones de los artículos 1 a 5 del Acuerdo de cooperación comercial y económica entre la Comunidad Económica Europea y la India , firmado en Luxemburgo el 23 de junio de 1981 , se extenderán a los ámbitos regulados por el Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea del Carbón y del Acero .
Artículo 2
El presente Protocolo se aplicará , por una parte , en los territorios en los que sea aplicable el Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea del Carbón y del Acero , en las condiciones establecidas en dicho Tratado , y , por otra , en el territorio de la India .
Artículo 3
El presente Protocolo entrará en vigor el primer día del mes siguiente a la fecha en que las Partes Contratantes se hayan notificado el cumplimiento de los procedimientos necesarios al respecto , y dejará de ser aplicable si fuera denunciado el Acuerdo a que se refiere el artículo 1 .
Artículo 4
El presente Protocolo se redacta en dos ejemplares en lenguas alemana , danesa , francesa , griega , inglesa , italiana , neerlandesa e hindu , siendo cada uno de estos textos igualmente auténtico .
